Process Overview
This assembly automation solution uses a YUSHIN take-out robot (SCⅡ-150) to automate the process of insert-molding a steel plate into a plastic injection-molded part during production. By automating both the insert-loading operation and the downstream inspection process, the system minimizes control points while improving overall productivity.

작업순서
| STEP 1. | Singulate and feed two steel plates at a time via the bowl feeder |

| STEP 2. | Pick two steel plates per cycle and place them into the 8-position loading jig |
| STEP 3. | Pick a set of eight steel plates and transfer them to the injection molding machine |
| STEP 4. | Take out the molded part and load the steel plates |
| STEP 5. | Discharge the finished product via the outfeed conveyor. |
